A Church Defined by True Community in Christ
If everyone wants community, why doesn’t everyone have it? This is the question that guides how we want to engage our neighborhood. We know we were made for community. And we believe that the best way that happens is through Christ who calls us together.
What we believe
1. We believe in the Holy Bible as God’s inspired and authoritative word in all of its sixty-six books of the Old and New Testaments.
2. We believe in one God eternally as one essence and three distinct persons: God the Father, God the Son, and God the Holy Spirit.
3. We believe God has made Himself known to the world most fully in the incarnate person of Jesus Christ.
4. We believe that Jesus Christ was begotten of God, conceived of the Holy Spirit, and born of the Virgin Mary.
5. We believe all humanity is created male and female in the image of God possessing intrinsic dignity and worth.
6. We believe sin has corrupted all creation, leaving all people in need of salvation and renewal that can come from God alone, through trusting in the complete work in the death, burial, and resurrection of Jesus Christ.
7. We believe salvation and reconciliation to God are by grace alone through faith alone in Jesus Christ alone, the Son of God who lived a perfect life, died an innocent death on the cross, and physically rose again from the dead to forgive our sins and restore us to life and relationship with God.
8. We believe that Satan is a person, the author of sin, and the cause of the fall; that he is the open and declared enemy of God and man.
9. We believe Jesus Christ is returning to the world in the future to establish his kingdom fully and to judge the living and the dead.
10. We believe in the bodily resurrection of the just and unjust, the everlasting conscious punishment of the lost in hell, and the everlasting blessedness of the saved in heaven.

Pastor
Pastor Ray is a Chicago native but got to the Cleveland area as soon as he could! He and his wife, Nicole have five children and love to host friends and neighbors in their home. Pastor Ray is a graduate of the Moody Bible Institute and has also studied at the Reformed Theological Seminary.

Nicole is a Florida native, has lived in six states across the US, and loves Ohio! She is the mother of five children and has a great love for reading, music, Disney World, and weight lifting. Nicole also enjoys planning events and making connections with people.
